Spotted Flycatchers in North Herts

I know of three sites in North Herts where Spotted Flycatchers breed each year so time for a visit to see if they have returned. A visit about a week ago drew a blank, but everything is late this year so perhaps they were held up on their return trip.

We managed to find flycatchers at two of the three sites, although were aware that a flycatcher had been seen at the third site a couple of days previously, so perhaps just playing hard to get. Here are some photos of the birds seen.
