8th April 2021
A male Ring Ouzel had been found to the west of Weston on the 4th April and had stayed for a few days so off to see if it was still there. It was a huge area of farmland with plenty of short sward grass, so just a matter now of finding it.
It was very wide-ranging but when located would give some good views , albeit a bit distant at times. However, at one point it did come close, in fact running towards me, allowing a few shots to be taken.
What a fantastic bird!!
